CityCarts Media is a division of AULNAY LLC d/b/a CityCarts, operating from 429 Lenox Avenue, Suite 515, Miami Beach, FL 33139. This policy covers this website and inquiries made through it.
Information you provide
The proposal form requests your name, company or agency and work email. Phone number, role, fleet size, vehicle format, program window and brief are optional. We use this information to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and discuss the program you describe. If you provide a phone number, it is for a manual reply about that inquiry. The form does not subscribe you to marketing email, automated calls or SMS.
Please do not send payment information, passwords, government identification documents or sensitive personal information. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. A proposal request is not an order or reservation.
Technical information
When the site is hosted, the hosting service processes connection information such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser headers to deliver and protect the site. The proposal endpoint processes the submitting IP address for abuse prevention, using an identifier protected by a secret unique to the running server instance. The application does not deliberately log form contents or save inquiries to a database.
Service providers and disclosure
The website is hosted by Vercel. When you submit the form, the form sends your inquiry to our server and then to Resend for email delivery to our designated inbox. Our email provider also processes received correspondence.
The form displays its sending availability. You can also contact us directly by email.
Information may also be disclosed when needed to comply with applicable law or protect against misuse. This website has no advertising partners, audience-matching tools or data resale integrations. Its current data flows do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Media pages at the main homepage, /media/privacy and /media/accessibility set no cookies and use no local or session storage. Other sections of citycarts.com have their own privacy information. There are no analytics tags, advertising pixels, session recordings, chat widgets, embedded videos. The district map uses OpenFreeMap vector tiles based on OpenStreetMap data; when the map loads, your browser contacts the OpenFreeMap tile service, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser headers. Neighborhood outlines and the map library are served with this site. Fonts and images are served with the site. We have not enabled cross-site tracking by other parties through this site.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change this site's behavior: advertising tracking and sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising remain off for everyone.
Retention and security
The rate-limiting identifier and counter have a 15-minute validity window in server memory. Expired entries are removed when the next submission is processed, or when that server instance ends. They are not a persistent visitor history.
Inquiry emails remain in our business correspondence and in the systems used to deliver them. For information about retention or to request deletion of your inquiry, contact info@citycarts.com. Provider logs and backups are governed by the applicable provider settings and policies.
The form uses server-side validation, request-size limits, abuse controls and server-held email credentials. The public website uses HTTPS. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may omit optional fields and contact us by email instead of using the form. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, contact info@citycarts.com. We may need to verify your identity using information proportionate to the request; please do not email identity documents unless a secure process has been agreed.
Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including a copy of your information, an appeal or an objection to certain uses. We will assess requests under the laws that apply and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes.
Children
This site is intended for professional inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it before the new use takes effect.
